VII. INTERNATIONAL CULINARY FESTIVAL PEARL OF THE SEA

This year's "Pearl of the Sea" was held from 28.03. to 01.04.2012. in Supetar on the island Braè. It was organized by the Association of Chefs from Mediterranean and European Regions and the company Macondo, co-organized by the town of Supetar, Supetar Tourist Board, Svpetrvs hotel, and under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism, the Split - Dalmatia County, Tourist Board of Split - Dalmatia County and the town Split. General sponsor of the event was HYPO ALPS-ADRIA-BANK, a gold sponsor company KOTÁNYI. The festival was attended by over 250 chefs from 17 countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Turkey, Ukraine, Albania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Saudi Arabia and Russia.
